Grapes: merlot, cabernet-sauvignon

 

Density: 5500 vines per hectare

Yield: 50 hectoliters per hectare

Yield: 30 hectoliters per hectare

Meticulous manual harvest, with successive selections in order to gain the maximum benefit from the noble rot.
